Typically, how long does it take to find accommodations?
It depends on if it is high season (September-October and January-February) and on the specificity of your requirements, but normally between 2 and 15 days.

Can you manage the accommodation search while I am not in Madrid?
Of course, if you live in another province or country and do not have the luxury of coming to see the options that we propose to you, we commit to send you detailed descriptions of the buildings and apartments with photos, location and details of the neighborhood and other areas of interest.

Is it necessary to stay for a minimum period for the lodging contract??
No, a minimum period is not necessary, although it can lead to a reduction in the final price if it is going to be a long stay.

Do I have to pay anything when the accommodation search begins??
No, the expenses of management and inscription are only paid at the time of signing the contract, meaning, once we have found accommodations suited to your needs.

When do I sign the contract?
The contract is signed when you are in agreement with the accommodations that we have provided you. You may have a copy of this contract, prior to signing it, so that you can read it detail.

What about the utility bills for electricity, water, gas...?
There exists two options: we could include it in the final price so that you don't have to worry about paying monthly or we could charge you at the end of the month. Depending on your floor , the zone and the services it should cost approximately between 20-50 euros per person per month.

Who maintains the apartment?
We can take charge of maintaining the apartment, you have 5 days to make sure everything is in order from the day you move in.
